My mission is to empower my clients to explore, renegotiate, and rebuild their relationship with food. Together, let's rediscover health rooted in balance & care, not deprivation. I'm here to help you understand, reconnect, & make peace with your body so you can be the healthiest version of yourself.

 

I've worked in all care levels (from residential to outpatient) and with clients of all ages. I operate within a weight-inclusive lens and believe everyone can, and deserves to, feel at home in their body. I offer guidance around how food fits into that picture.

When not working, you can find me teaching in the community, reading, skiing, hiking, traveling, or spending time with my partner & dogs.
